Loading and Delivering Paper

Push the side paper guides out a little wider than the actual
width of the paper.

Load the envelope with the printing surface facing up and the
flaps closed and on the left side, then gently insert them all
the way to the back of the tray.
Be sure that the envelope passes beneath the paper limit guides.
CAUTION
When loading envelope, be careful not to cut your hands with the edges of
the envelope.
IMPORTANT
•
You cannot print on the reverse side (glued side) of envelope.
•
Load the envelope straight.
•
If the leading edge of the envelope is curled or folded at the corners, flatten it out
before loading.
