u To open a fi le
1. If the fi le you want to open is in a folder, use f and c to highlight the folder, and
then press 1 (OPEN) or w .
2. Use f and c to highlight the fi le you want to open, and then press 1 (OPEN) or

• This will open the fi le.
u To delete a fi le
1. If the fi le you want to delete is in a folder, use f and c to highlight the folder, and
then press 1 (OPEN) or w .
2. Use f and c to highlight the fi le you want
to delete, and then press 3 (DEL).
3. In response to the confi rmation message that appears, press 1 (Yes) to delete the fi le,
or 6 (No) to cancel the delete operation without doing anything.
u To search for a fi le
1. While the fi le list screen is displayed, press 4 (SRC).
• This displays a fi le search dialog box.
2. Enter part or all of the name of the fi le you want to fi nd.
• Note that fi le name characters are searched from left to right. This means that if you
enter “IT” here, names such as ITXX, ITABC, and IT123 will be hits, but names like
XXIT and ABITC will not be hits.
3. Press w .
• If a fi le name that corresponds to the text
you input in step 2 is found, the name will
appear highlighted on the fi le list.
• The message “Not Found” will appear if a match cannot be found. Press the J key
to close the message dialog box.
