Supported RAID Controllers and Required Cables
This server supports the RAID controller options and cable requirements shown in Table C-1 for the
small form factor version, or Table C-2 for the large form factor version of the server.
Caution Do not mix controller types in the server. Do not use the embedded MegaRAID controller and a hardware
RAID controller card at the same time. This is not supported and could result in data loss.
Note Dual controllers are not supported.
Note The cables in this section apply to both single- and dual-CPU configurations.
Table C-1 lists the RAID options for the small form factor (SFF) version of the server.
