Removing the Base Cover

Procedure
1 Close the display, if it is open, and turn the computer over.
2 Loosen the captive screw that secures the base cover to the computer base.
3 Using your fingertips, pry the base cover from the computer base.
4 Lift the base cover off the computer base.
