2.2.1.2 Electrical Section
The power supply system and the signal lines are shown below.
PC
The power supply unit supplies DC +5 V and DC
+24 V to the main control board. It also supply an
AC voltage to the heater lamp.
The main controller (video controller) receives a
compressed print data from the host PC through an
interface.
The main circuit generates image data.
The image data is sent to the print head unit via the
engine control board.
The engine controller board manages the various
parts of the engine including the paper take-up
section, development section, transfer section, and
fusing section.
