Lineprinter Emulation
The Lineprinter emulation prints simple byte-oriented line printer files.
A byte-oriented line printer handles jobs consisting of a series of
bytes where lines are delimited by carriage return and line feed char-
acters as opposed to a mainframe record-oriented line printer where
each record begins with a printer carriage control character. Refer to
the
QMS Crown Technical Reference Manual
for additional informa-
tion about Lineprinter emulation.
CCITT Groups 3 and 4 Emulation
This emulation provides high-speed printing of CCITT Groups 3 and 4
compressed bitmaps only. See the
QMS Crown Technical Reference
Manual
for a complete explanation of this emulation and its com-
mands.
