Note In Windows NT 4.0, Windows 2000, and Windows XP, the Configure tab is grouped with the main
printer driver tabs, not in the Printing Preferences or Document Defaults group.
Orientation group
Portrait Selecting this option enables the printer to print a
page or envelope that is taller than it is wide when
viewing the text right-side-up.
Feed the paper as usual; the image is rotated on the
page if necessary.
Selected
Landscape Selecting this option enables the printer to print a
page or envelope that is wider than it is tall when
viewing the text right-side-up.
Feed the paper as usual; the image is rotated on the
page if necessary.
Unselected
Rotate by 180 degrees
Note: This feature is
unavailable if Print on
Both Sides or Pages per
Sheet is selected.
Selecting the Rotate by 180 degrees check box
enables the printer to rotate the document image on
the paper 180 degrees.
If the return address on an envelope is smudged, try
this setting and feed the envelope so that the return
address area is fed first into the printer.
Unselected
About Clicking this button displays printer driver version
information.

close the dialog box, click OK.
