a.
Disengage the chassis from the tower side panels by pushing the bottom side panel back and by
pulling the chassis forward.
b. Lift the chassis up and out of the tower side panels.
To replace the component, reverse the removal procedure.

NOTE: This procedure applies to tower servers only.
To remove the component:
1. Power down the server (on page 27).
2. Place the server on its side.
