5. Have you made changes to server function Security Levels or user authority tables?
If a particular request was working, and now it is not, make sure you have not
inadvertently disabled a server function or revoked authorities from a user.
Recovery: Double check changes against the request log, use the on-line transaction
program to test your authority settings.
