3.6 OPE Unit
1. Before you remove the OPE Unit, you should remove:
- Rear Cover (see section 3.3)
2. Unplug the OPE connector from the Main PBA and
Scan Motor Harness, as shown below.
Then remove the two screws securing the Ground
Cable and remove it. Note the position of the bronze
earth plate.
3. Open the OPE and release the latch from Holder, as
shown below.
4. Carefully release the latches from Top Cover in the
direction of the arrow, as shown below.
5. Remove the two screws securing the Scan Upper
Ass'y and remove it.
