5.1 Collecting Failure Information
The information on failures can be collected at once using the show tech-support command. This command can
also transfer the collected failure information to a specified ftp server (see "5.2.3 Transferring Maintenance Information
Files Using show tech-support Command").
Memory dump at failure occurrence time can be collected by using the dump command.
