REAR FEED, REPEATING PAPER JAMS
If the paper keeps jamming, you may have:
l defective paper
l misaligned paper
l bits of paper stuck in the paper path
Defective Paper
Replace the defective paper with a fresh stack.
Misaligned Paper
1.
Turn off the printer.
2.
Use the platen knob to back the paper all the way out of the
printer.
3.
Tear off a couple of sheets of paper, leaving a new, clean,
square-cut edge.
4.
Reload the paper and turn the printer back on.

Turn off the printer.
2.
Use the platen knob to back the paper all the way out of the
printer.
CAUTION!
Make sure the printer is turned OFF before you open the access cover.
