Setting the Communication Parameters
Format 81 allows you to review the current settings for each
online option. Then you can accept the current values or
change them. Check with your programming specialist for the
values required by your host system.
Prompt What You Do
FORMAT? Enter 81, and press .
PASSWORD Press , and .
BAUD RATE? 9600 Enter a number and press .
1 = 300 2 = 600
3 = 1200 4 = 2400
5 = 4800 6 = 9600*
PARITY? SPACE Enter a number and press .
1 = ODD 2 = EVEN

XON/XOFF? DSABLE Enter 1 or 2 and press .
1 = DISABLE*
2 = ENABLE
