Moving the projector
5. Set Up
– Do not drop or bump the projector, otherwise damages or
malfunctions may result.
– When carrying the projector, use a suitable carrying case.
– Do not transport the projector by using a courier or transport
service in an unsuitable transport case. This may cause damage
to the projector. To transport the projector through a courier or
transport service, consult a Philips Authorised LCD Projector
Dealer.
CAUTION
Dust Cover (supplied) is intended to protect from dust and
scratches on the surface of a cabinet, not from external forces. Do
not transport the projector through a courier or transport services
with this cover. The projector can be damaged. When handling
the projector, take care not to drop, bump, subject it to strong
forces or put other things on the cabinet.
Use the Carry Handle when moving the projector.
When moving the projector, attach the Lens cap and retract the
Adjustable Feet to prevent damage to the lens and cabinet.
When the projector is not in use for an extended period, put it into
the case (or cover with the supplied dust cover).
Picture tilt and projection angle can be adjusted by rotating the
Adjustable Feet. Projection angle can be adjusted up to
approximately 10 degrees.
Lift the front of the projector and pull the Feet Lock Latches on
both sides of the projector.

Release the Feet Lock Latches to lock the Adjustable Feet and
rotate the feet to fine-tune position and tilt.

To retract the Adjustable Feet, lift the front of the projector and
pull and undo the Feet Lock Latches.

Note:
– When you adjust the image vertical level, adjust it with the
Lens Shift function ahead of using the adjustable feet.
– When the height of the projector is adjusted, the image may
be distorted.(keystoned). This keystone distortion can be
adjusted by Menu Operation. (Refer to P21 and 36.)
