Control Panel
The illustration shows the control panel when options are installed.
1. Communicating indicator
Lights during transmission or reception.
2. Receive File indicator
Lights to tell you a message has been re-
ceived into memory. Blinks when a
Memory Lock file has been received. See

3. {On Hook Dial} key
Use to dial a number while hearing tone.
4. {Facsimile} key
Press to switch to Facsimile mode.
5. {Search Destination} key
Press to search for destination from the
destination list.
6. {Check Destination} key
Press to check destinations which are
currently selected.
7. {Job Information} key
Press to check the status of sending faxes
or e-mail.
8. Indicators
Display errors and the machine status.
