Specifying a Registration
Number
You can search by Destination Lists.
Limitation
Fax and e-mail destination are not
displayed at the same time.
A Press the {Search Destination} key.
B Select [Search by Registration No.]
using {U} or {T}.
C Press the {OK} key.
[Search by Registration No.] entry
display appears.
D Enter the three-digit registration
number of desired Quick Dial
key by number keys.
Note
If you enter a wrong registra-
tion number, press the
{Clear/Stop} key, and then enter
the code again.
E Press the {OK} key.
Search result appears.
Note
If no destination is matched for
specified registration number,
"
Specified destination is
not programmed. " is dis-
played. Press [Exit] to return to
the display of B.
F Press the {OK} key.
The destination which you
searched is specified for the desti-
nation.
Note
If you try to specify the destina-
tion again, "
This destination
has already been pro-
grammed." is displayed. Press
[Exit] to return to the destination
specifying display.
Press [Add Dest] to specify other
