Search by Fax Number
Note
The search returns only destina-
tions whose beginnings match the
entered fax number.
A Press [] to display .
B Press the {Search Destination} key.
C Select [Search by Fax No.] using {U}
or {T}.
Note
If [Search by Fax No.] does not ap-
pear, is not selected in step A.
Press the {Cancel} key to return
to step A.
D Press the {OK} key.
[Search by Fax No.] entry display ap-
pears.
E Enter a fax number to search for.
Note
You can search with a part of
the fax number. However, you
must enter a number from top
for beginning matching.
If you enter a wrong fax
number, press {W}, {V} or the
{Clear/Stop} key, and then enter
the number again.
F Press the {OK} key.
[Search by Fax No.] confirmation
display appears.
G Press the {OK} key.
Search result appears.
Note
If no destination is matched for
specified fax number, "
Speci-
fied destination is not
programmed. " is displayed.
Press [Exit] to return to step C.
