Connecting to a Wireless LAN
IfthereisanAP,youcanconnecttotheInternetviathe
APusingtheWirelessLANconnectionmethodprovided
byWindowsVista.

Right-clickovertheNetwork Connections ( ) icon
onthetaskbarandclickConnect to the Network.

Select an AP to connect to and click Connect.If
thereisacongurednetworkkeyfortheAPto
connectto,theEnterNetworkKeywindowappears.
Enter the network key in the window and then click
the Connectbutton.

Askyournetworkadministratorforthenetworkkey,
ifnecessary.

WhenConnectedtotheAPisdisplayed,clickthe
Closebutton.
Youcanaccessthenetwork.
Checking the network connection status
Move the mouse pointer over the Wireless Network
Connection ( )icononthetaskbar,andtheconnection
statusisdisplayed.
