(1) Enter the rate using numeric keys, using a decimal
point when setting fractional rates.
The rate can be set from 0.00 to 100.00.
Default setting is 0.

When you start entering a character, the current
text data will be overwritten by new data.

key moves the cursor to
the right and left respectively.
