To delete an object in a SMARTInk Note
1. Select theobject.
A border appears around the object.

Press Delete on the border.
T I P
Youcan use your interactive product’s eraser orthe SMARTInk eraser to delete objects.
Saving SMARTInk Notes
Youcan save a SMARTInk Note by taking a screen capture of it, or you can copy and save your ink
notes as an object.
Youcan also convert your ink notes to text, andinsert the text in another application. Formore
information, see Manipulating ink onpage 8.
To capture and save your ink notes
1.
Press .
SMARTInk tools appear.
2.
Press Capture .
The screen captureappears in the page area of yourSMART software.
3. Save yourSMART softwarefile.
To capture and save a portion of your ink notes
1. In Windows XP and Windows 7 operatingsystems, select Start > All Programs > SMART
Technologies > SMART Tools > Screen Capture.
OR
In Windows 8 operating systems, go to the Apps screen and thenscroll to and press Screen
Capture.
