To move the toolbar
1.
Press Move .
A drop-down menu appears.
2. Select Top, Bottom, Left orRight.
To zoom in or out
Press Zoom In or Zoom Out .
To adjust the magnification and page view settings
1.
Press the magnification arrow .
A drop-down menu appears.
2. Select Fit Page, Fit Width, Two Page View ora magnification percentage.
To display the previous page
Press Previous Page .
To display the next page
Press Next Page .
To rotate the page
Press to rotate the page 90° clockwise.
OR
Press to rotate the page 90° counterclockwise.
To save afile
1.
Press Save .
The Save As dialog box appears.
2. Browse to where you want to save the file.
3. Type a name forthe file in the File name box.
