The wireless access point you want to connect to does not appear.
Depending on the radio wave conditions, the wireless access point may not appear on the camera.
Move the camera closer to the wireless access point.
Depending on its setting, the wireless access point may not appear on the camera. Refer to the
instruction manual for the wireless access point for the correct settings.
[WPS Push] does not work.
Depending on the wireless access point setting, [WPS Push] may not be available. Confirm the
password and SSID of the wireless access point to set [Access Point Settings]. [Details]
[Send to Computer] terminate prematurely.
If the battery level is low, [Send to Computer] may terminate prematurely. Charge the battery pack
before use.
Cannot transfer movies to the smartphone.
Before shooting a movie to be transferred to a smartphone, set MENU 1 [File Format]
[MP4]. [Details]
[Send to Smartphone] terminate prematurely.
If the battery level is low, [Send to Smartphone] may terminate prematurely. Charge the battery pack
before use.
The shooting screen does not display smoothly, when the camera is
disconnected from the computer.
Depending on the radio wave conditions, communication between the smartphone and camera may
not work correctly. Close the distance between the camera and smartphone.
Shooting with [Ctrl with Smartphone] terminate prematurely.
If the battery level is low, shooting with [Ctrl with Smartphone] may terminate prematurely. Charge the
battery pack before use.
Cannot use one-touch connection (NFC).
Change the position of the camera and the smartphone to bring each (N mark) as close as
possible. If the NFC connection still does not start, shift the position of the smartphone a few
millimeters, or move the smartphone away from the camera for at least 10 seconds, then touch it
again.
