Returns information about the current HSCSD call parameters, i.e. the
current number of receive and transmit timeslots, air interface user rate and
channel coding.
<rx> Description
0 No HSCSD call is active. See also note below
1 The number of receive timeslots currently in use is 1
2 The number of receive timeslots currently in use is 2
<tx> Description
0 No HSCSD call is active. See also note below
1 The number of transmit timeslots currently in use is 1
<aiur> Description
0 No HSCSD call is active. See also note below.
