Multi-address Transmission
The multi-address transmission function allows you to send the same original to 2 or more recipients in a
single operation, which can be done by combining direct, address book and group entry.
The following show the number of destinations that can be entered according to how the recipient is
specified:
- By direct entry only: 400 destinations
- By address book entry only: 400 destinations
- By group entry only: 200 groups (400 destinations per 1 group)
- By combining direct, address book and group entry: 400 destinations

Press the [FAX] button on the control
panel.

Place the original(s).

Press the [OPTION] button and set the
transmission conditions.

Set the advanced function as required.

Specify the recipient.
- To continuously enter E-mail address after having specified them
by means of entering directly, press the [MULTI] button, and then
enter the next address. You do not need to press the [MULTI]
button for the address book or the group entry.
- The selected destinations can be confirmed by selecting the
[DESTINATION] button. "Confirming the Destinations" Page

- To cancel the other party’s address during the direct entry, press
the [CLEAR] button on the control panel.
- To cancel the other party specified by the address or the group,
press the highlighted button again. To cancel all specified
recipient, press the [ALL CLEAR] button.
- To cancel the other party specified by the direct entry, press the
[DESTINATION] button to enter the destination menu, and then
