Ribbon error
Reset ribbon.
The ribbon has torn apart.
• Reload a ribbon.

Reset head unit.
The rotation of the ribbon

Open the Side Cover. Place the Upper Unit
in a right position.

• If the loaded media is jammed in the Front
Cover section, clear it.
