4.15 LCD assembly/Base assembly
Removing the LCD assembly/Base assembly
The following describes the procedure for removing the LCD assembly/Base assembly (See
Figure 4-31 and 4-32).
1. Disconnect the wireless LAN antenna cables from the connector on the wireless
LAN card and release them from the guides.
2. Disconnect the LCD cables from the connector CN5310 and CN5311 on the system
board and release them from the guides.
3. Disconnect the GPS cable or Wireless USB cable from the connector on the GPS or
Wireless USB and release them from the guides.
4. Remove the following screws securing the base assembly.
• M2.5×6B FLAT HEAD screw ×3
