Prints a ruler line across the paper.
A ruler line is normally used to divide the printout into logical parts to make it easier to read. A
ruler line is actually an area defined by a start X-Y position and a stop X-Y position. This area
is filled with black or a checkered pattern.

n9 Fill pattern, 0=black, 3= Checkered
