When Nothing Prints
Check the following items if nothing prints when you print from an application:

Check if any error messages are displayed in the Printer
Status Window.
If there is an error message displayed in the Printer Status Window, follow the
directions given in the message. If there are no error messages, proceed to the
next step.

Print a test page.
Click [Print Test Page] in the [General] sheet in the [Printer Properties] dialog box.
■ If the test page prints correctly
You can print from the CAPT software. To check the application software, check that all of
the printer settings are configured appropriately.
■ If the test page does not print
Uninstall the CAPT software, then reinstall it and print another test page. (See
"Uninstalling the CAPT software," on p. 3-72.)
