Image Scanner
❍ The cartridge holder moves to the home position on
the right.

refer to the IS-22 Color Image Scanner Cartridge User’s
Manual.
Removing the Scanner Cartridge
C
Always remove the Color Image Scanner Cartridge as soon as you are
finished scanning and replace it with a BJ cartridge. Do not leave the
Color Image Scanner Cartridge in the printer.
Remove the scanner cartridge just as you would a BJ cartridge.
(See steps 1 and 2 starting on page 4-10 for details.)
Store the scanner cartridge in the soft plastic case provided with the
cartridge. Only store the Color Image Scanner Cartridge in this case.
Close the
front cover.
