Single file page prints over two or more pages
Check 1
Does the Page Size setting in the application program
and printer driver match?
Set the same Page Size setting for the application program and the printer
driver.
Open the Printer Properties dialogue box, click the Page Layout tab, and
select the Page Size that matches the Page Size setting in the application
program.

Is the size of the top margin specified in the application program too large?
In the application program, set the top, bottom, right or left margin to the
minimum values. If you cannot change the margin, increase the number of
lines per page.
