Power Management
SPAs and SIPs consume chassis power; therefore, make sure the chassis is within the power budget on
the Cisco 10000 series router.
Table 1-3 shows the maximum power consumption, in watts, for the SIP
and SPAs.
Note There are no power consumption restrictions on the types of SPAs inserted in a Cisco 10000 SIP-600, or
on the number of SIPs installed in a chassis (up to the maximum of 4 SIPs).
