Chapter 1 Prepare for Installation
Workbench or Tabletop Installation
• An adequate chassis ground (earth) connection exists for the SCE 1000 platform.
• The SCE 1000 platform has at least 2 inches (5 cm) of clearance at each side and at least 5 inches
(12.7 cm) of clearance at the rear to allow proper air flow.
Step 1 Remove the adhesive strips from the four rubber feet and affix the feet onto the four marked locations
on the bottom panel of the unit.
Step 2 Place the SCE 1000 platform on the tabletop or workbench.
