In single density, one byte (8-dots) is printed in each full dot column. In double-density, one byte is
printed in each half/full dot column, but adjacent horizontal dots (overlapping dots) are not printed.

Sets the print resolution and enters one line of graphics data into the print buer. Excess data is accepted but ignored.
Any print command is required to print the data, after which the printer returns to normal processing mode.

Value of n: number of data bytes that compose the raster
Value of r: number of times the raster has to be printed =256 x rH + rL

Prints a horizontal raster of graphics data one or multiple times. Horizontal oset and number of data bytes are
variable and specied by parameters.
Exceptions
Advanced raster graphics is not available in page mode.
