Interface-specific administrative tasks for sFlow

To disable sFlow on a specific interface, perform the following steps in global configuration mode.
1. Enter interface mode for the port
switch(config)#interface intengigabitethernet 0/12
2. Disable sFlow on the interface.
switch(conf-if-te-0/12)f#no sflow enable
3. Confirm the sFlow configuration status on the specific interface.
switch(conf-if)#exit
switch(config)#exit
switch#>show sflow interface intengigabitethernet 1/12
Configuring sFlow on specific interfaces
You can enable sFlow and configure the polling interval and sample rate for a specific interface
port on the switch.
To customize sFlow on an interface, perform the following steps from Privileged EXEC mode.
1. Enter the interface command to specify the CEE interface type and slot/port number.
switch(config)#interface extengigabitethernet 1/16
2. Enable sFlow for the interface.
switch(conf-if-te-0/1)#sflow enable interface
3. Configure the sFlow polling interval.
switch(conf-if-te-1/16)#sflow polling-interval 135
4. Set the sFlow sample-rate.
switch(conf-if-te-1/16)#sflow sample-rate 8192
5. Confirm the sFlow configuration status on the specific interface.
switch(conf-if-te-1/16)#exit
switch(config)#exit
switch#>show sflow interface extengigabitethernet 1/16
