To view a document or spreadsheet

To find text in a document

Type the text you want to find into the search box.

The matching texts are highlighted.

To sort folders or files using Quickoffice
Touch the Menu button
Sort by
to rearrange folder and file listings by
name, type, size or modification date.
To rename, delete, copy, move folders or files, or view folder or file properties.
Touch and hold a file or folder, and from the pop-up menu select the task you
want to do.
NOTE: Quickoffice supports the following file formats:
• Microsoft Word: 97-2003 .doc, 2007 .docx
• Microsoft Excel: 97-2003 .xls, 2007 .xlsx
• Microsoft PowerPoint: 2000-2003 .ppt, 2007 .pptx

NOTE: Quickoffice for Android supports viewing for 2007 and earlier versions of
