Viewing System Log
The System Log Page provides information about system logs, including information when the device was booted, how the
ports are operating, when users logged in, when sessions timed out, as well as other system information. To view the
System
Log Page
:
1. Click Monitoring > System Log. The System Log Page opens:

The
System Log Page contains the following fields:
Field Description
ID
Displays the system log table entry.
Time
Displays the time in days, hours, and minutes the log was entered in the Switch History Log
Table.
Displays a description event recorded in the
System Log Page.
Log Description
Severity
The following are the available log severity levels:
– Warning — The lowest level of a device warning. The device is functioning, but
an operational problem has occurred.
– Informational — Provides device information.
To clear the log:
