Problems when projection starts
The projector does not turn on
Check Remedy
Did you press the [t] button? Press the [t] button to turn the power on.
Are all of the indicators off? The power cable is not connected correctly or power is not being supplied.
Disconnect and then reconnect the power cable. s Quick Start Guide
Check the breaker and so on to ensure power is being supplied.
If the lamp cover or the lamp are not installed correctly, the lamp will not turn on.
Check that the lamp cover and lamp are installed properly. s p.111
Do the indicators turn on and off when the power cable is touched? There is probably a poor contact in the power cable, or the power cable may be defective. Reinsert the power cable. If this
does not solve the problem, stop using the projector, disconnect the power cable from the electrical outlet, and contact
your local dealer or the nearest address provided in the Support and Service Guide.

Is Control Panel Lock set to Full Lock? Press the [t] button on the remote control. If you do not want to use Control Panel Lock, change the setting to Off.

Mail is not received even if an error occurs with the projector

Is the Wireless LAN unit installed?
For wireless LAN
Check that the optional Wireless LAN unit is installed in the projector properly.
Is the network cable connected correctly?
For wired LAN
Check that the network cable is connected correctly. Reconnect it if it is not connected or not connected properly.
Are the network connection settings correct? Check the projector's network settings. s p.80
Is Standby Mode set to Communication On? To use Mail Notification when the projector is in a standby state, set Standby Mode to Communication On from the
Configuration Menu. s Extended menu - Standby Mode p.78
