Board Summary
This section contains a summary with various information about the IP-KVM and its current
firmware and allows you to reset the card. You may have a look at Figure 6-18 for an example.
The Data file for support allows you to download the IP-KVM data file with specific support
information. This is an XML file with certain customized support information like the serial
number etc. You may send us this information together with a support request. It will help us to
locate and solve your reported problem.
