Inserting the Server Blade
V CAUTION!
Read the safety information and the information on handling electrosta-
tic-sensitive components in the section “Components With Electrostatic-
Sensitive Devices” on page 25.

Ê Press the touch points on the inside of the eject handles (1) of the server
blade to disengage the locking mechanism of the handles.
Ê Turn the eject handles outward (2) into the unlocked position.
The 4-way server blade has the same locking mechanism (see figure 28 on
page 72).
