Back of newspaper print shows through. The copy has Press the Lighter/Darker button. Press the Minus (–) button to

Press the Color Intensity button. Press the Minus (–) button
to make your copy paler. The dot moves to the left. Press the
Select/Resume button.
A halo effect, with dark splotchy patches, occurs in Press the Lighter/Darker button. Press the Minus (–) button to
dark areas such as black hair. lighten your copy. The dot moves to the left. Press the
Select/Resume button.
Thin, white, vertical lines appear in my copy. Call HP Support Services. Refer to “HP Support Services” later in
this chapter for more information.
I want to Reduce/Enlarge something to a specific Press and hold down the Reduce/Enlarge button and then press
percentage. the Plus (+) or Minus (–) buttons until the specific percentage
appears. Press the Select/Resume button.
I want to use Reduce/Enlarge in English sizes, but Press the Menu button until Copy Paper Size appears on the display.
