To add addresses to a distribution list

Press S
ETUP
(A
LT
+F4), then L
ISTS
(F3).

Select
Public E-mail Lists

If an administrator password is required, the
HP Digital Sender
8100C Administrator’s Password
dialog box appears. Type the
password and press O
K
(F1).

Select the distribution list you want to edit.

Press O
K
to modify the list.

Type an address to add to the list and press E
NTER
.

Edit the information for the address and click S
AVE
(F1).

Repeat steps 6 and 7 for each address to add to the list.
To delete addresses from a distribution list
