Using the PC
Using the Mouse
Your PC includes a mouse for directing the cursor
on the Windows desktop. Use the mouse on a flat
surface.
The mouse has three parts on the top. Click the left
mouse button 1 to position the cursor or to select
an item (double-click to open an application or
file). Use the center wheel button 2 to scroll
through a document, or use it to activate the
autoscroll feature. Click the right mouse button 3
to display a menu of commands available for the
item you clicked.
You can change the function of the left and right
buttons for left-handed use. Refer to “Switching
Mouse Button Functions” on page 3–31.
