(Set) MIME
By default, NetMail/3000 understands the MIME standard for encoding message attach-
ments. The “
MIME
” Display option, however, allows the user to disable MIME encoding
(when reading messages) temporarily. This option is for debugging and its use is discouraged, but
it can allow a malformed MIME message (possibly from a broken MIME mailer somewhere) to
be viewed in raw form.
