correct direction.
Q24: What happens if we open the ribbon cartridge cover while printing?
A24: 1. The photo paper will be jammed inside the printer. Please turn off
the power and the ribbon door, and then turn on the power after 5
seconds. Now, you can gently pull the photo paper from the rear or
the front of the printer.
2. The ribbon cartridge will stick on the photo paper. Please notice
that improper pulling may damage the ribbon cartridge.

A28: Hi-Ti recommends that stores the ribbon cartridge into the sealed
palastic bag to avoid moisture, heat, or contamination by dust if the
printer is not used for long time.
Q29: May I replace the ribbon inside the ribbon cartridge by myself?
A29: Please directly buy the Hi-Ti YMCO Ribbon cartridge Hi-Ti does not
provide ribbon to the consumers for making replacement by themselves.
Q30: May I use photo paper or sticker of other brands?
A30: Please do not use the photo paper or sticker of other brands , Since
different photo paper and sticker have different size, thickness, torn
edge and the stickiness of printable surface. If it is not printed with
Hi-Ti paper, it may cause problems such as paper jam, paper type
mismatch, not able to print, or poor photo output quality.
