2 Press to highlight Sort, then press the SELECT button.
A submenu appears.
3 Press the up or down arrow buttons to specify the sort order, then press the
SELECT button.
The Video Capsules are sorted as specified.
To delete Video Capsules
You can delete the Video Capsules stored on your video server.
1 From the Video Capsules screen, highlight a Video Capsule for deleting,
then press the SELECT button.
A submenu appears.
2 Press to highlight Delete, then press the SELECT button.
A confirmation message appears.
3 Press the up or down arrow buttons to highlight OK, then press the
SELECT button.
The selected Video Capsule is deleted from the server.

✍ Protected Video Capsules cannot be deleted through RoomLink™.
