The Collaboration receives the HL7 V2 message from the external using
receiveHL7message(). If an exception occurs due to incomplete data, and the adapter fails to
read the data within the congured number of retries, the associated recourse action is taken. If
the exception is due to no response, the associated recourse action is taken.

Here the eWay receives the HL7 message,
persists the received message in a database,
sends MLLPV2 commit ack if the persistence is
successful or nak if not successful. If the
received message is a duplicate message,
the corresponding ack/nak is retrieved from
the database and sent to external. The
received message is returned as null so that
the collab can skip processing the message
