The printer recognizes the BOOTP Þelds listed in the following table:
BOOTP Þelds
Field Description Values
gw Gateway address list List of IP addresses separated by
spaces.
ha Host hardware address Hexadecimal; the ha tag must be
preceded by ht tag.
ht Host hardware type (see
Assigned Numbers RFC)
Unsigned decimal, octal, or hexadecimal
integer or one of the following symbolic
names:
ethernet or ether for 10 Mbit Ethernet;
ether3 for 3 Mbit experimental Ethernet;
ieee802 for IEEE 802
ip Host IP address A single IP address.
sm Host subnet mask A single IP address.
