Using COUNT to Monitor Channel Activity
To determine the amount of channel activity during a scanning
session, use the Count feature. It counts the number of times
scanning stops on an active channel.
To activate the Count feature:
1. Press [SCAN], and allow the scannerto scan for about
5 to 10 minutes, or longer if desired.
2. Press[MANUAL] to stop scanning.
3.
Press [CNT].
"COUN1'appears on the display.
4. Turn the Rotary Tuner or press [MANUAL] to display
each channel and the number count (up to "99").
To reset the Count number to "00", press [.] twice.
To exit Count Mode, press [CNT].
