Image Enhancement
•ImageFix
This option is the best setting to use for photographs
or bitmap images. It automatically enhances RGB
images if the exposure level, color balance, sharpness,
brightness, or contrast settings in the original image
have not been optimized. Good images will not be
affected by this setting.
•IntelliRes
This selection improves the appearance of documents
you print from your web browser. Many images,
including web images, are of low resolution and do not
look well when printed. The exclusive imaging
technology built into IntelliRes will analyze these
images and optimize them for printing on your printer.
Advanced Features
• Black Overprint
Select this feature to print black text and graphics over
color backgrounds in order to overcome possible
misregistration (thin white outlines around the black
edges).
• Use Application Color Space
Select this feature to use the color space specifications
provided by the application, as opposed to the color
space specifications provided by the DocuPrint NC60.
The color space specifications provided by the
DocuPrint NC60 are optimized to give the best printed
results. However, finer control of the color space
through the application is sometimes desired. If your
application cannot support this feature, the DocuPrint
NC60 default color space is used.
