Counter Description
NetOctets The total number of octets of data (including
those in bad packets) received on the network
(excluding framing bits but including FCS
octets). This object can be used as a
reasonable indication of Ethernet utilization.
SQEErrors A count of times that the SQE TEST ERROR
message is generated by the PLS sublayer for
a particular interface. The SQE TEST ERROR is
defined in section 7.2.2.2.4 of ANSI/IEEE 802.3
- 1985 and its generation in 7.2.4.6 of the
same.
GoodTXOctets A count of data and padding octets of frames
that were successfully transmitted.
GoodTXFrames The total number of packets (including bad
packets, broadcast packets and multicast
packets) transmitted successfully.
STXCollision (Single Collision TX Frames) A count of the
successfully transmitted frames on a particular
interface for which transmission is inhibited by
exactly one collision.
MTXCollision (Multiple Collision TX Frames) A count of the
successfully transmitted frames on a particular
interface for which transmission is inhibited by
more than one collision.
